8/10
The folks were real friendly, and the beds were as comfy as my own. Ain't no breakfast here, but there’s a good eatin' place just across the park. Room was clean, just wished the air conditioning pointed at the bed! Parking was easy, too.

The pastries at Almina are an absolute must-try, easily taking your taste buds on a delicious detour! And don't miss the delightful comfort of the rooms. so clean and cozy with plush beds. Trust me, you'll struggle to leave them!
While the sound isolation between rooms is pretty good, the doors do little to mute the outside hustle. The air conditioner held steady at a chilly 70F, which was a bit much for lounging, but the provided blanket saved the day.

Great location, average service
The spacious rooms were remarkably clean, offering comfortable beds and reliable air conditioning. Plus, free parking in a secure area was a reassuring bonus.
However, I encountered indifference from some front desk staff which dampened my experience. A delayed room change made my check-in frustrating, impacting my overall enjoyment.

Woudl have been a decent experience if the air conditioning wasn’t stuck at a chilling 70F, and the rude front desk lady hadn’t treated us like we were invisible. And after all that, not even a complimentary drink to ease the pain? I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, absolutely ridiculous.

the garden area with tables is a relaxing spot. the hotel lacks a restaurant on-site.

The parking setup offers ample space, which is a plus for any traveler with a vehicle. The central location is a key advantage, making it easy to hit the roads quickly.
Rooms feel cramped, especially for a family with kids in a so-called luxury setup. The lack of a fridge hampers convenience, and noise from outside can disrupt a quiet stay, even with decent sound isolation. Plus, the air conditioning is stuck at about 70F, which could leave you feeling chilly without a way to adjust it.

We really appreciated the clean rooms and comfy beds, perfect after a long day exploring Chetumal. Plus, the family-friendly setup worked wonders for my kids, and the easy beach shuttle made getting to the surf really convenient!
In my wife’s opinion, an in-room microwave would be fantastic for families.

The location of the hotel made it easy for my family and me to explore nearby attractions like the Museum of the City of Chetumal and the Ayuntamiento. We appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, which had great water pressure and effective air conditioning. The free parking was also a plus, especially since we had a vehicle to get around. Despite a minor hiccup with our room situation during check-in, things got sorted out easily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the convenience it offered.
